I'm Jo Kitchen, a speech theraping, hiking, running, Scout leader from Yorkshire.

This is my blog, primarily dedicated to keeping a record of my training and fundraising for the Great North Run in September but also for me to update on other things going on with me. I'm not sure if anyone will read it but if you do I hope you get something from it, I'm certainly enjoying writing it :)
